Alyn Benezette, D.O.

Alyn L. Benezette, D.O., is the Co-Founder and Board Certified, licensed Neurologist for Coastal Neurology, Rehabilitation and Pain Management Center. Dr. Benezette received his Doctorate of Osteopathy from Michigan State University. His Board Certifications include the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry. Since going into Private Practice, Dr. Benezette specializes in Adult and Child Neurology and Pain Management.

Dr. Benezette provides independent expert medical opinions to numerous insurance and worker's compensation carriers. In 1990 Dr. Benezette was published in the Journal of American College of Neuropsychiatrists Professional Society. Memberships include the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Neurology, American College of Neuropsychiatrists, American Headache Society and the American Association of the Study of Headache.

 

Neil M. Brown, D.C.

Neil M. Brown, D.C., is the Co-Founder and Clinic Administrator for Coastal Neurology, Rehabilitation & Pain Management Center. Dr. Brown received his doctorate of Chiropractic from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1978 and is licensed within the states of Florida and California. He co-founded and was president of AIIA Managed Care, one of the largest Chiropractic Managed Care PPOs in the country. At the invitation of numerous industry-related organizations, Dr. Brown lectures across the country promoting philosophies for managed care cost containment procedures in health care.

He is an Expert Medical Advisor for the division of Worker's Compensation in Tallahassee and he is certified in Impairment and Disability Evaluations. Dr. Brown is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and the Volusia County Chiropractic Society.
